Product Description
Hot roll: work at high temperature, withstand strong rolling force, severe wear and thermal fatigue. Hot rolls do not require surface hardness, only high strength, toughness and heat resistance. Hot roll often use the whole normalizing or quenching, surface hardness requirements HB190 ~ 270.
Cold roll: used in cold rolling mill, the surface hardness requirements are higher, Shore hardness is about 85~100.
